In 2024, the Verein für Socialpolitik (VfS) will hold several important elections: The Management Board will be newly elected for the 2025-2026 term of office and two members of the Executive Council will be elected for the 2025-2028 term of office.
The following positions need to be filled on the Management Board:

• Vice Chair
• Designated Chair
• Treasurer
• Secretary

To prepare for the elections, an Election Selection Committee was formed at the meeting of the Executive Council on September 24, 2023.

The Election Selection Committee collects proposals from all VfS members for filling the offices until December 31, 2023. Nominations for the Management Board must be signed by at least ten VfS members, and nominations for the Executive Council must be supported by at least five VfS members. All nominees must also be VfS members.
