The VfS regularly has the opportunity to nominate young researchers in the field of economics for the Lindau Nobel Prize Meeting. Further information can be found here or under news.
The Verein für Socialpolitik promotes the international presence of young scientists with a subsidy of 500 € for presentations at prestigious international conferences.
The lecture subsidies have been financed by donations provided by the Deutsche Bundesbank and the Schweizerische Nationalbank. The lecture subsidies are allocated mid December, therefore a commitment for a subsidy is not possible before that date.
