Report of the VfS Working Group 'Career Development'

The report of the working group for young researchers will be presented to the general public on December 14, 2022 at 5 pm. As part of a panel discussion, renowned experts will discuss current challenges and recommendations for action to improve career opportunities for aspiring young academics. The aim is to improve the working conditions for young academics, increase the attractiveness of academia as an employer and counteract a brain drain of bright minds.
